If you have lost or misplaced your access pass you can temporarily deactivate it by logging in to the Member's Portal. Please note that this does not suspend your membership.
Click on the Membership Related drop-down menu and select the Lost/Stolen Access Pass option. If you find your access pass you can reactivate your pass on the same page.
If you cannot find your access pass, please visit your club during staffed hours to purchase a replacement. You can also download the Club Lime Member ID App to use to access your club.
