To view club utilisation and visit information, please log in to the Member's Portal.

From the Member's Portal home page, you can view club utilisation over the previous 60 minutes to indicate how busy the club is at that time. You can also view club utilisation throughout the day over the previous 1, 2, 7, 14 or 30 days.

Your visit information is displayed below, including your most recent visit, total visits since joining and most visited Viva Leisure locations. You can also view your visit history by clicking on the Membership Related drop-down menu at the top, and then on the Membership History option. From there, you can click on the month/year you want and a record of all your visits will appear.

Club load information is also available through the Club Lime Member ID App.
