Transferring to another location

Direct Debit memberships are transferrable to other locations - either hiit republic, Club Lime or GROUNDUP. To transfer your membership, log in to your Member's Portal.

Once logged in, click on the Membership Related tab at the top, and select the "Change/Transfer my Membership". From there, you will need to follow steps 2-7 from our New Member Sign-up Process article.

Once completed you will receive an email confirming your membership change.

Paid upfront membership transfers are not transferrable through the Members' Portal. Please contact our Support Team for further assistance. 

Transferring to another person

Direct Debit memberships are not transferrable to another person. 

The remaining period of a paid upfront membership contract can be transferred to another person by contacting our Support Team. Please note an Admin charge may apply upon transferring.
