To cancel your membership, please log in to the Member's Portal.

Click on the Membership Related drop-down menu and select the Cancel Membership option.

Choose your preferred cancellation date and select the reason for cancelling your membership. The earliest cancellation date available is based on your membership terms and conditions. All Direct Debit Club Lime memberships have a 28-day cancellation notice period.

Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation request.
