To change your password, please log in to the Member's Portal.
Click on the padlock icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen, enter your current password followed by your new password.
Once completed you will receive an email confirming that your password has been changed.
To reset your password, you can click on the RESET PASSWORD button and enter your e-mail address.
- If the e-mail address matches the one on your account, you will be sent an e-mail with a link and a 6-digit PIN on your registered mobile number. Follow the link from the e-mail, and enter the 6-digit PIN from the SMS to reset your password for your Members Portal.
- If your e-mail address or mobile number does not match what's on your account, please contact our Support Team to update your personal details first.
